ENTREES: Carbonade flamande (Beef stew), Poulet à l'estragon (Tarragon chicken), Waterzooi de poisson (Fish stew), Quiche aux champignons (Mushroom quiche), Tarte aux courgettes (Zucchini tart), Soupe à l'oignon (Onion soup), Crème de chou-fleur (Cauliflower soup), Gratin au Brie de Meaux (Potato gratin with Brie), Méli-mélo de crudités (Vegetables medley), Fondue de poivrons provençale (Fondue of bell peppers).
All entrees will include an assortment of cheeses and green salad.
DESSERTS: Crêpes, Baba au rhum (Cake soaked in rum), Tarte normande (Normandy apple tart), Chocolate mousse, Gâteau chocolat-poires (Chocolate pear cake), Salade de fruits (Fruit salad).
Wine and soft drinks will be offered to accompany your meal.
